tcl make the LSC skills pledge
tcl, alongside the Learning and Skills council (LSC), have made the pledge to develop the skills of the workforce in line with the businesses needs. In so doing tcl have made a commitment to ensure all colleagues within the business are skilled, competent and committed and as such are able to make a full contribution to the business. The commitment comes on the back of a successful period for tcl in which NVQ 2, 3 & 4’s have been achieved by a vast number of colleagues across the business.
Simon Cashmore, tcl’s Managing Director said "as we build the business having all colleagues with the right skills and competency is critical. We will continue to work hard to ensure the business provides the most appropriate skills and professional training to support the needs of the business".
